Who We Are

Harwood & Co Probate Services based in Warwick was launched by Mark Harwood, Managing Director of Michael Harwood & Co Chartered Accountants, who offer accountancy, tax and business advisory services to individuals and businesses.

Following the successful application to the Legal Services Board, by the ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales), by which it became an approved Regulator and Licensing Authority for Probate. ICAEW Firms are now able to apply to undertake non-contentious probate services.

As members of the ICAEW, we felt we were well placed with the knowledge and experience surrounding the tax affairs of a deceased’s estate to expand our services to now assist with the probate matters as well. This will enable our clients to feel secure in the knowledge that we are able to provide a more complete service.

As part of the Legal Services Act 2007 and to encourage a strong, independent, diverse and effective legal profession; the practice is monitoring its diversity and is committed to servicing a diverse customer base.
